Role overview
Beta Education is looking for HR Executives / HR Recruiters who can support end-to-end hiring activities and candidate communication.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels and job portals.
- Reach out to candidates over the phone and follow up with them.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews for shortlisted profiles.
Candidate profile
- Working knowledge of hiring and recruitment processes is important.
- Experience in candidate calling and sourcing is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates with 0 to 7 years of experience can apply, and freshers are also eligible.
- Applicants should have completed graduation or post-graduation.
Work schedule and location
Walk-ins are accepted on all working days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The role is based in Ramnagar, Hyderabad, near RTC X-roads / Musheerabad. Candidates living nearby are preferred.
