Position Summary
This internship of six months as a Branch Gold Loan Executive offers hands-on experience in gold loan operations at a branch near your residence (within a 5 to 10 km radius). Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible for promotion to Junior Relationship Executive, continuing with a promising career path.
Financial Details
The internship is stipend-based, compensating between ₹12,300 and ₹23,750 per month. After the internship, a full-time position offers a salary package ranging from ₹2.5 lakh to ₹2.92 lakh annually, which can reach ₹3 lakh including performance incentives and branch bonuses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates holding any degree.
- Fresh graduates passed between 2023 and 2026.
- Proficient communication skills in the local or regional language.
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily gold loan operations and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Assist with backend follow-ups related to loan processes.
- Address customer inquiries and foster strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Participate in local promotional activities through internal calls.
