Role overview
This position combines recruitment responsibilities with day-to-day HR operations. The selected candidate will help identify and hire suitable talent while also supporting employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and general HR coordination.
Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Identify potential candidates using job portals, social networks, referrals, and other hiring sources.
- Review applications and prepare a shortlist of suitable profiles.
- Conduct first-round HR interviews and basic candidate evaluations.
- Arrange interview schedules and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with applicants and keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.
- Draft offer letters and support the onboarding process after selection.
HR operations
- Keep employee records and HR files updated and organized.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and employee database maintenance.
- Support new employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Respond to employee questions and coordinate HR-related follow-ups.
- Help implement HR policies and internal procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
Skills and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with good interpersonal skills are essential.
- Hands-on understanding of recruitment workflows and general HR practices is needed.
- Comfort with MS Office and HR systems or tools is expected.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills are important.
- The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,50,000.
