You will help shape the people agenda in a fast-scaling international technology setting with teams spread across different countries. The role blends strategic HR leadership with practical execution, with responsibility for strengthening organizational performance, improving employee engagement, and supporting long-term growth. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple markets and influence the full employee journey, from planning and hiring through development, performance, retention, and offboarding.

Accountabilities

  • Work alongside business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and align people priorities with business strategy and performance goals.
  • Lead workforce planning and staffing efforts so teams have the right mix of talent, skills, and structure to support expansion.
  • Support initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall employee satisfaction by creating an environment where people stay motivated and productive.
  • Set up and refine HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and exit processes.
  • Use HR data, employee feedback, engagement indicators, turnover trends, and business requirements to generate insights and practical recommendations.
  • Coach managers on people matters, leadership approaches, and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Track how HR programs are performing and keep improving the employee experience for distributed international teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of strong experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Director position within an international digital, technology, or product-led organization.
  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, succession planning, and termination-related processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR measures such as payroll budgets, engagement, retention, turnover, and workforce efficiency, with clear examples of business results.
  • Practical knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, HR analytics, and making decisions based on data.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to balance several priorities in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • A strongly outcome-focused approach, with persistence, accountability, and the ability to convert ideas into measurable action.
  • Comfort using numbers, business targets, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • High resilience, flexibility, and confidence when working through uncertain or complex situations.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.

Benefits

  • 100% remote, full-time employment.
  • Competitive pay, with exact salary details to be discussed during recruitment.
  • 28 calendar days of paid vacation each year.
  • 7 extra wellness days annually for personal needs and recovery.
  • Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
  • 50% reimbursement for professional training, international conferences, and industry events.
  • Corporate discounts on English lessons.
  • Health support, including reimbursement of up to $1,000 gross per year for eligible healthcare-related expenses.
  • Assistance with work setup, including equipment or reimbursement for home office and coworking expenses.
  • An internal recognition program with rewards redeemable for merchandise, team activities, and wellness experiences.
  • Opportunity to work with a varied international team across several countries and cultures.

Selection and privacy notes

The partner company is responsible for reviewing applications and handling the next stages of the hiring process. An AI-assisted matching system is used to screen candidates against the role’s core criteria, and the strongest matches are forwarded to the hiring employer. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are managed internally by that employer.

By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data will be processed to assess candidacy and share relevant details with the hiring organization, under applicable data protection principles including GDPR where relevant. Application materials may also be reviewed with AI tools to help identify matches, inconsistencies, or verification signals; however, human judgment remains central and final hiring decisions are made by people.
