About Godrej Industries Group (GIG)
Godrej Industries Group proudly serves over 1.1 billion customers worldwide through its diversified businesses, which hold market leadership across sectors including consumer products, real estate, agriculture, financial services, and chemicals.
Role Overview
We seek a highly capable professional with 3 to 4 years of HR experience and familiarity with HR technology to join us as an HR Digital partner. This role thrives in a fast-paced setting and focuses on HR transformation, designing Centres of Excellence (COE), or crafting and implementing people programs in complex organizations. The role demands strategic vision combined with practical execution skills and the capacity to deliver solutions both comprehensively and in depth. You will collaborate at the crossroads of HR, business, and technology to digitalize workforce management processes, providing impactful solutions spanning Talent, Learning, Engagement, Performance, Rewards, and other COEs. This is a distinctive chance to address meaningful employee-centric challenges influenced by the digital evolution of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digitization of essential HR processes, ensuring timely and complete delivery throughout the group.
- Collaborate with diverse COEs—Talent, Learning, Engagement, Performance, Rewards—to grasp their requirements and translate these into effective system designs.
- Promote standardization and simplification of processes organization-wide, while reserving flexibility to accommodate legitimate business-specific demands.
- Eliminate manual and offline methods, shifting workflows away from Excel and other non-systematic approaches to system-based processes to boost efficiency, speed, and data accuracy.
- Create and deploy HR analytics dashboards and visual tools that convert HR data into actionable insights for COEs and leadership teams.
- Foster adoption by ensuring user-friendly design, leading testing phases, walkthroughs, and change management activities to maximize engagement with new solutions.
- Manage technology vendors, overseeing evaluation, onboarding, and delivery to align with timelines and flagging any risks proactively.
- Establish governance routines through regular meetings with COEs, business units, and vendors to maintain alignment on design, prioritization, and decisions.
- Take full ownership of initiatives from discovery through design, testing, launch, and scale adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
- Three to four years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with specialization in Performance and Rewards.
- Practical exposure to HR technologies and digital solutions for people management.
- An agile mindset, demonstrating quick adaptability and resilience in evolving environments.
- Strong strategic thinking allied with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
