About the role

This remote full-time opportunity is for a proactive and well-organised HR Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. It is well suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop a career in human resources. The position offers exposure to many parts of HR while supporting the daily running of the employee lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Help manage recruitment workflows by arranging interviews and keeping candidates informed.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes for employees.
  • Keep employee files and HR documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Draft employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents as needed.
  • Enter and update data in the HRIS and assist with reporting.
  • Answer employee questions about policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Assist payroll by making sure employee information is complete and current.
  • Track compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Provide general HR administrative support and contribute to process improvements.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • Strong spoken and written communication ability.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time well.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong accuracy.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Good people skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
