Aaditas HR Advisory is a boutique HR consultancy based in Mumbai, India, specializing in comprehensive HR solutions that cover the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. We cater primarily to startups in India, both foreign and domestic, delivering passionate and engaged HR services. Our clientele spans sectors including multinational manufacturing, fashion brands, BPOs, and security-intelligence firms, seeking expert HR advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support to client employees by assisting various officials at Aaditas.
- Develop, design, and assist in rolling out HR policies and procedures tailored for clients, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
- Address employee inquiries related to policies, leave management, and salary matters.
- Support the CEO in executing projects such as Performance Management Systems, Accelerated Management Development Plans, Learning and Development initiatives, and other client-specific projects.
- Participate actively in employee engagement activities and training programs designed for client employees.
- Contribute to global projects involving Aaditas and its partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Director/CEO to stay informed about upcoming client commitments, responsibilities, and ensure follow-ups.
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including sourcing candidates and handling client relations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment with proven HR project delivery for clients.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HR department operations and Indian employment laws.
- Understanding of organizational policies, processes, HR evaluation metrics, and recruitment practices.
- Willingness to travel within India as necessary.

Additional Information
