Role Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities for designated business units.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders concerning workforce strategies and human resource challenges.
- Lead initiatives in talent management, employee development, performance evaluation, succession planning, and fostering employee engagement.
- Offer expert guidance to managers and staff on company policies, employment practices, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
- Implement regional and global HR programs within the Regional Office.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and shared service units to provide effective human resource solutions.
- Participate in organizational change, transformation efforts, and HR digitalization projects.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Promote a positive employee experience and cultivate an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
- Manage the complete HR cycle for China, including recruitment, partnership, HR administration, payroll coordination, and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
- Between 8 and 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within multinational and matrixed organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Proven expertise in handling end-to-end HR processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent growth, and exits.
- Strong ability to effectively partner with business leaders delivering pragmatic HR solutions aligned with business goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to analyze data and extract insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic and disciplined method of working.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, workforce planning, or managing regional HR initiatives is advantageous.
