HR Business Partner (Mandarin/English) – Riyadh

About the Role

Join a fast-expanding China-headquartered technology company as they develop their Middle East operations. Serving as the HR Business Partner for a workforce exceeding 150 employees, you will operate on-site in Riyadh and report directly to the Group HR Director based in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to translate commercial objectives into strategic workforce plans.
• Manage the complete hiring cycle for essential roles, including headcount forecasting, candidate sourcing, offers, and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management processes such as goal alignment, evaluation calibration, constructive feedback, and incentive structure design.
• Address intricate employee relations issues and conflicts in accordance with Saudi labor laws.
• Generate reports on attrition rates, productivity metrics, and hiring effectiveness to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner or full-cycle HR professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas among recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
• Practical experience handling employee relations and labor disputes with a strong command of local labor regulations.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively coordinate between China HQ and local teams.
• Preferred backgrounds include technology, internet, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors; Middle East work exposure is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range from SAR 18,000 to 28,000 monthly (tax-free, indicative).
• Additional housing and transportation allowances.
