About the Role

The HR Business Partner III provides strategic human resources leadership to business leaders, aligning talent strategies with company goals to boost business outcomes and foster development. This position collaborates closely with management teams in technologically advanced sectors, delivering expertise in organizational structuring, workforce planning, leadership mentoring, employee relations, talent management, performance evaluation, and enhancing organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of supporting rapidly changing tech-driven environments and can guide leaders through organizational growth, transformation, and change. Experience with AI, GPU infrastructure, inference platforms, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-performance computing environments is highly desirable.

The HRBP acts as a trusted partner within the HR community, creating integrated and value-driven solutions while having an acute understanding of the business strategy, fiscal health, competitive environment, and shifting talent markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR consultant to senior leadership, aligning human capital tactics with organizational priorities and goals.
• Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with leaders to proactively resolve organizational challenges and promote business expansion.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational design, succession strategies, leadership development, and talent cultivation.
• Support divisions in fast-evolving technology sectors, understanding the unique talent requirements linked to AI, GPU technology, inference, cloud computing, and emerging platforms.
• Convert business objectives into coherent HR plans by working with Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
• Lead change initiatives through coaching, change management, and communication tactics to facilitate adoption and enhance outcomes.
• Provide advice and coaching to leadership on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and career progression, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Utilize people analytics to spot trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions to enhance the business.
• Improve organizational effectiveness through talent reviews, assessments, and capability development planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to share insights and maintain consistency across the organization.
• Contribute to company-wide HR projects aligned with strategic goals and company culture.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive talent methods, and labor market changes especially in AI, GPU, cloud, and high-tech disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees such as a Master's or MBA are advantageous.
• Between 5 to 7 years of advancing HR experience, including a minimum of four years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting technical or business units.
• Proven competence in guiding leaders through complex employee matters.
• Experience across multiple HR areas, including at least two of the following: Organizational Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or HR Information Systems.
• Strong skills in consulting, coaching, and influencing, with credibility across all organizational tiers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise with the ability to interpret workforce data to direct business decisions.
• Track record of balancing strategic planning with operational delivery in dynamic environments.
• Preferred experience includes supporting technical sectors such as Product, GPU-as-a-Service, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or technical operations.
• Familiarity with fast-paced tech environments and knowledge of talent dynamics related to AI, GPU, and high-performance computing sectors is strongly preferred.
• Experience serving product, engineering, infrastructure, or technical operations leaders through rapid growth, transformation, or innovation phases.
• Background in working with geographically dispersed or global teams.

Compensation Information

The salary range for this position varies geographically from approximately $78,074 to $114,546 annually, factoring in location, experience, and skill level. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and participation in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Further benefits information is available upon inquiry.
