Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to assess current and future workforce requirements, talent priorities, and capability gaps.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to shape hiring approaches, support smooth onboarding, and make sure recruitment plans match business needs and budget expectations.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure HR practices support wider business goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning and people initiatives that prepare the organization for future needs.
- Help design and roll out programs that attract, grow, and retain employees.
- Support recognition and incentive efforts that improve employee engagement.
- Make sure employees understand company policies and procedures and stay aligned with them.
- Address employee questions and assist with grievance, disciplinary, and capability matters.
- Keep HR records accurate and ensure compliance with internal rules and standards.
- Compile and review HR data and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while monitoring important KPIs.
- Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and plans, and keep managers and employees informed about updates or changes.
- Take part in team meetings, provide HR advice, and help organize internal events and engagement activities.
Candidate profile
The company is seeking a professional with a university degree in HR or a closely related discipline, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Strong computer skills are needed, particularly in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and the candidate must be a native Arabic speaker.
Required competencies
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of core HR areas such as compensation, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment regulations. Strong communication, relationship-building, customer service, organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are also important.
