Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for a defined business segment on all personnel-related matters.
- Offer trusted advice and assistance to management on topics such as workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and change initiatives.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, development, and offboarding.
- Implement and continuously enhance modern HR processes and tools.
- Participate in HR projects and support transformation and change efforts.
- Analyze important HR metrics and derive appropriate actions from them.
- Collaborate constructively with employee representation bodies.
- Assist with labor law issues and their practical application.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources, economics, social sciences, law, or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in HR or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and modern HR procedures.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- High degree of initiative, solution orientation, and strong execution capability.
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of people and organizational dynamics.
- Passion for HR and strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with HR information systems.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both spoken and written.
