Job description
Role Overview
This is a 100% remote Human Resources Advisor position supporting employees and business leaders within a large, fast-moving corporate setting. The assignment is a 3-month contract with the possibility of being extended.
Compensation and Schedule
The pay rate for this role is between $25.50 and $28.00 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
What You’ll Do
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and business leaders.
- Handle employee questions and issues through case management and related HR processes.
- Run system queries, prepare reports, and perform data analysis as needed.
- Work across HR systems to maintain accurate and useful information.
Required Background
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Representative, HR Generalist, or HR Advisor role.
- Experience supporting a large company or a sizable business unit.
- Comfort using HR platforms, reporting tools, case management systems, and data analysis workflows.
- Ability to generate system queries and reports and manage employee inquiries effectively.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organization skills.
Preferred Background
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and HR case management systems.
