HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you will collaborate closely with leaders throughout the organization to offer sound people management advice, uphold compliance and governance standards, and provide a consistent experience for employees at every stage of their journey. Your responsibilities will range from guiding leadership through complex HR issues, enhancing HR processes, to supporting learning and development programs, all while helping to elevate our standards and remaining aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review employment policies, procedures, and frameworks ensuring they align with legislation.
• Stay updated on changes to employment laws and modern awards, recommending and assisting with implementations.
• Offer counsel to leaders for compliant and consistent employment practices reflecting Revo's standards.
• Identify and escalate employment related risks, providing actionable solutions.
• Deliver practical HR guidance on a wide range of employee relations issues.
• Support leaders in handling performance management, conduct issues, grievances, and conflicts.
• Assist in workplace investigations by preparing documentation and facilitating resolutions.
• Coach leaders on HR policies and best people management practices.
• Manage employee lifecycle events including probation, contract updates, and terminations.
• Help administer and improve learning management systems and compliance training programs.
• Track training completions and compliance while generating accurate reports.
• Identify skill gaps and back learning initiatives across departments.
• Ensure accuracy of employee records and uphold data integrity within HR systems.
• Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
• Recommend enhancements to HR processes, systems, and operational methods.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant equivalent experience.
• At least four years’ experience in a generalist HR position.
• Proven expertise in conducting or supporting workplace investigations and handling disciplinary, performance management, and termination processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of employment law with ability to adapt to legislative updates.
• Business savvy combined with a fair, best-practice approach to HR challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of coaching and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Well-organized and adept at prioritizing competing responsibilities under pressure.
• A solutions-oriented mindset focused on achieving clear outcomes in a dynamic environment.
