About the Role
The company is hiring an HR & Admin Officer in Riyadh to keep people operations and office administration running smoothly. The position plays an important role in maintaining compliance with Saudi labor regulations and aligning local processes with global operating standards.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Coordinate core HR activities such as onboarding, payroll support, contract administration, and employee exit processes while staying aligned with Saudi labor requirements.
- Administer government and HR systems including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and MHRSD, and help ensure compliance with Saudization rules.
- Assist with hiring activities, internal communication, and employee relations matters.
- Manage work visa processing, residency documentation, and other government-related paperwork.
Administration Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day running of the office, including procurement, vendor coordination, and facility support.
- Track and renew company licenses and official documents on time.
- Work with legal consultants and PROs for government interactions and administrative follow-up.
- Keep employee information organized and protect data in line with local privacy expectations.
Requirements
- Saudi nationals are preferred, or candidates must already be legally allowed to work in Saudi Arabia.
- At least 3 years of HR and administration experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law and key government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and MHRSD.
- Excellent organizational ability, communication skills, and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Previous exposure to a startup or international workplace is considered an advantage.
