Job description
Job Summary
This role combines end-to-end HR support with day-to-day administrative duties to keep office operations running efficiently. The position also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and handling payroll accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee core HR activities such as attendance monitoring, leave administration, medical claim handling, and issuing employee IDs.
- Manage Employment Pass and S Pass matters, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain HR records and improve workflow efficiency using QuickHR.
- Support hiring activities by arranging interviews and helping new employees settle in.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, including drafting internal notices and supporting performance management processes.
- Prepare and keep manpower reports and compliance-related records up to date.
- Compute monthly salaries and overtime payments accurately, and ensure payroll is processed within deadlines.
- Handle CPF submissions, IRAS filing, and government claim matters connected to HR.
- Monitor office and pantry supplies, including ordering and replenishment.
- Carry out general administrative work such as filing, document handling, and petty cash preparation.
- Coordinate internal office matters to support smooth daily operations.
- Help organize company events and employee welfare activities.
- Take on other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Ministry of Manpower requirements, payroll procedures, and HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with QuickHR for HR administration.
- About 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, ideally in a Singapore employment setting.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially for records and payroll processing.
Additional Information
This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite role. The work scope includes both HR and administrative support, with a strong emphasis on compliance, payroll accuracy, and office operations.
