About the Role
Dublin Post Acute is hiring a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeping Team Member to help keep the facility clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys contributing to a positive daily experience for others.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, daytime onsite position.
Compensation
The role pays $15.00 per hour.
Key Duties
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, shared spaces, offices, and other assigned areas.
- Remove waste from bins and replace liners as needed.
- Carry out routine sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across the property.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-prevention procedures.
- Keep housekeeping tools, equipment, and supplies organized and ready for use.
- Interact with residents, visitors, and coworkers in a respectful and professional manner.
Candidate Profile
- Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Dependable attendance and strong punctuality are important for this role.
- Should be able to work well on your own as well as with a team.
- A strong eye for detail and a consistent focus on cleanliness are essential.
- The job requires the ability to lift, bend, reach, and remain on your feet for long periods.
