Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Team Leader to contribute to shaping the guest experience at our Staycity properties in Dublin. This role involves assisting with maintaining high standards throughout the housekeeping department, supporting our team, and ensuring exceptional hygiene and presentation that meet company benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the housekeeping team in implementing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain departmental consistency and quality.
- Help to uphold property presentation and cleanliness standards by inspecting rooms and participating in general housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to develop a unified and high-achieving group.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated success of over 2 years working within hotel or hospitality sectors, specifically with housekeeping experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Capability to manage, guide, and inspire teams effectively.
