Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Specialist to work onsite in Jackson, MS. Responsibilities include comprehensive cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, as well as organizing living areas. Daily duties also cover laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothes as directed. Adherence to cleaning protocols, safe usage of company equipment and products, and maintaining quality and timing standards are essential. The role requires professional client interactions and may involve assisting in training newcomers on company standards and best cleaning practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in cleaning and maintaining residential environments with high standards of hygiene.
• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and respect in client interactions.
• Effective communication for coordination with clients and team members as well as accurate comprehension of service instructions.
• Willingness to engage in training both as a learner and trainer regarding cleaning procedures and safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management while able to work largely independently.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have dependable transportation to Jackson, MS and flexibility to maintain a full-time work schedule.
