What this role involves
- Prepare guest rooms and shared spaces to a high standard, including making beds and ensuring bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned.
- Refill towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies so rooms stay fully stocked and ready.
- Manage laundry tasks, run equipment safely, and care for linen with attention and consistency.
- Keep carts, storage areas, and closets neat and well-organized.
- Support deeper cleaning tasks, special assignments, and team learning whenever needed.
What the employer is looking for
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- A guest-focused, helpful attitude with good customer service instincts.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, squatting, and staying on your feet for the duration of the shift.
