Role Overview
The Housekeeping Attendant plays a key role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and order in guest rooms and hotel corridors. This position involves ensuring all guest areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and upkeep while delivering courteous and professional service to guests, addressing any requests promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to hotel guests.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests.
- Ensure a safe and orderly environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- High attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
