Job Overview

This role is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar. Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group with a portfolio of more than 530 properties across 50+ countries, spanning brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI.

Role Purpose

The position exists to support the hotel’s operations by keeping guest accommodation and surrounding areas clean, orderly and well presented. The goal is to provide a consistently high standard of cleanliness, a smooth guest experience, and a safe, welcoming environment for both visitors and team members.

What the Role Involves

You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors to the highest standard. The job also includes responding to guest needs professionally and promptly, and helping ensure that all rooms remain neat, hygienic and properly maintained.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar department
• Strong people skills and a courteous approach
• Careful attention to detail
• A positive, composed attitude even when working under pressure
