Job Overview
This role is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The property is part of Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand known for culturally inspired service and destinations across the world. The setting combines shoreline, desert, and mountain surroundings in a peaceful emirate that is also within easy reach of Dubai.
As a Sales Executive focused on the GCC market, you will support the hotel’s revenue objectives by contributing to sales initiatives across multiple market segments. The position calls for someone who can build strong commercial relationships, help win new business, and promote the property effectively in local, regional, and international markets.
Role Summary
You will be involved in sales planning and execution, with the goal of helping the hotel surpass revenue targets. The job includes representing the brand, developing business opportunities, tracking market activity, and taking part in promotional events and sales trips. Training and support will be provided to help you grow into a confident sales professional.
What You Will Do
- Take part in sales activities aligned with the hotel’s sales strategy for different market segments.
- Support efforts to exceed revenue goals and commercial targets.
- Help introduce and position the hotel brand in relevant markets.
- Develop new business and work to increase revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses in local, domestic, and international markets.
- Monitor competitor movements and gather market intelligence.
- Attend travel events and sales roadshows to promote the hotel.
- Arrange and carry out sales visits and trips to support business development.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and follow guidance, coaching, and support provided by that function.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets while working in a demanding environment.
- High motivation, initiative, and a clear drive to succeed.
- Willingness to take ownership, lead through action, and adapt to challenges.
