Role overview
This position is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The resort is part of Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand with Thai roots and a focus on genuine, heartfelt service. The brand operates in distinctive destinations around the world, from beachfront escapes and private islands to historic and urban locations.
Ras Al Khaimah offers a calmer pace of life while still being about 45 minutes from Dubai. The property is set within a natural environment that combines sea, desert, and mountain landscapes, offering a striking setting for both guests and team members.
What you will do
You will help ensure smooth people operations across the hotel by supporting the People & Culture function. The role includes day-to-day assistance with recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, team member development, internal communication, and employee engagement activities such as monthly celebrations. You will also contribute to CSR initiatives, prepare reports, and handle additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, or another relevant discipline. You should have 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources, and experience with HRIS and payroll systems will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with proficiency in English and general computer use. The role also calls for a results-oriented mindset and the ability to support people management and development effectively.
