About the role
Get You Housekeeping is seeking experienced housekeepers and residential cleaners for regular weekday work in Lilyfield and nearby suburbs. The company has more than 14 years of experience delivering weekly home cleaning services across Sydney and Brisbane, and this opportunity is focused on ongoing work with the same clients.
What you’ll receive
- Pay ranges from $33.84 to $47.75 per hour, with wages issued weekly on Tuesdays.
- You will be assigned regular weekly clients rather than one-off jobs.
- Work is limited to weekdays, with no weekend shifts or late-night hours.
- Shifts are generally at least 3 to 4 hours long.
- Clients supply the cleaning products and equipment needed for the job.
- Paid, face-to-face training is provided before you begin.
- Management is described as friendly and supportive.
- There are opportunities to develop and grow within the company.
Key duties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Make beds and change linen.
- Carry out laundry tasks, including folding and ironing.
- Complete general tidying and upkeep around the home.
What the company is looking for
- Prior experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning is required.
- You must be available to work any weekday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Applicants should live in Lilyfield or nearby, or be willing to travel locally.
- Conversational English is needed.
- You must have valid Australian work rights.
Additional information
Working Holiday Visa holders may apply if they have strong residential cleaning experience and can commit for at least six months. This role is intended to provide ongoing weekly work with regular clients, rather than the short, irregular assignments often found with gig platforms or one-off cleaning businesses. The employer aims to place cleaners in homes close to where they live to help reduce travel time and support longer-term client relationships.
