Role overview
Get You Housekeeping is seeking experienced housekeepers and residential cleaners for regular work in Clovelly and nearby suburbs. The company has been providing weekly home cleaning services across Sydney and Brisbane for more than 14 years, with a focus on steady client relationships and local placements.
What the role offers
- Pay ranges from $33.84 to $47.75 per hour and is paid weekly on Tuesdays.
- You will be matched with recurring weekly clients rather than one-off jobs.
- Shifts are limited to weekdays, with no weekend or late-night work.
- Typical shifts are at least 3 to 4 hours long.
- Clients supply the cleaning products and equipment needed for the job.
- Paid training is provided in person before you begin.
- You will work with a supportive and approachable management team.
- There are opportunities to progress within the company.
Key duties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Make beds and change bed linen.
- Carry out laundry tasks, including folding and ironing.
- Complete general tidying and household upkeep.
What the company is looking for
- Previous experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning is required.
- You must be available on any weekday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Applicants should live in Clovelly or a nearby area, or be willing to travel locally.
- Good conversational English is necessary.
- You must have valid Australian work rights.
Additional information
Working Holiday Visa holders may apply if they have strong residential cleaning experience and can commit to a minimum of six months. The employer prefers to place staff in homes close to where they live to reduce travel time and help build lasting client relationships.
