Role overview
Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Housekeeper for its Universal Orlando property in Orlando, Florida. This role is part of a welcoming, service-driven team that helps create memorable guest experiences across one of the resort’s award-winning hotels.

What you will do
- Prepare and clean assigned guest rooms within the expected shift timeline, ensuring rooms meet inspection standards.
- Carry out full room servicing, including bed making, floor care, bathroom cleaning, sanitizing shower areas and tubs, wiping doors and windows, emptying trash, and dusting or cleaning all surfaces.
- Complete a final visual check of each room before leaving it.
- Use department-approved chemicals and follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Work safely at all times, using personal protective equipment and the correct tools for the task.
- Restock guest amenities and linens according to company standards.
- Move and maintain housekeeping carts stocked with supplies, fresh linen, and amenities in an orderly condition.
- Use a smartphone to view room assignments and submit repair requests or report unusual room conditions.
- Carry out additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or another relevant field is required.
- Housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Experience using HOTSOS is preferred.
- Must complete OSHA-required safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
- Strong English communication skills are needed for interaction with teammates, leaders, and guests.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday shifts, is required.
- Physical stamina is essential, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and repeatedly handling loads over 100 pounds during the shift.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods when necessary is required.
