Housekeeper

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper to provide comprehensive household support for a private client located in Lagos, Nigeria. The role entails a mixture of light cleaning, meal preparation, occasional errands, and maintaining a well-organized and comfortable home setting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate maturity, discretion, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals primarily on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with some flexibility for Wednesday evenings.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks and upkeep once per week.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing and drying bedding, towels, and other household linens.
• Manage grocery shopping and other household errands as needed.
• Assist with miscellaneous daily household activities to ensure a tidy environment.
• Keep client details confidential and maintain professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, personal assistance, hospitality, or related areas is preferred.
• Capable in cooking and basic household management skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities with excellent time management.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable work ethic.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficient with washing machines and dryers.
• Knowledge of Lagos city for running errands.
• Demonstrates professionalism and respects client privacy thoroughly.
