About the Role

Join a professional residential cleaning team in Fresno, California, where you’ll help create cleaner, healthier homes while working in a structured weekday schedule. The role is offered as full-time work, and the employer also notes that part-time openings may be available at this location. New hires receive a 2–3 week training program that includes practical, on-the-job instruction from experienced cleaning trainers, so prior experience is not required.

Work Schedule

You will typically work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Nights and weekends are not part of the normal schedule, and the team is also off on major holidays.

What You’ll Do

You’ll clean different homes each day, usually paired with another team member so the work can be completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role follows a detail-focused rotation system designed to deliver consistent results across many homes.

Qualifications

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. A valid California driver’s license is required, along with access to a dependable vehicle that is currently registered and insured. Candidates must also be able to pass a background check.

The ideal person brings a positive attitude, works well with others, is willing to learn, and takes pride in delivering quality work. This position requires being on your feet throughout the day and handling light lifting of under 25 pounds.

Compensation

Pay is $17.00 per hour.
