We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team immediately in Statesboro, GA. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of shared facilities such as pools, spas, clubrooms, public restrooms, and laundry areas, with occasional help on maintenance and moving tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition following The Scion Group's Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA guidelines, and industry standards, involving physically demanding work to minimize liabilities.
• Conduct routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing as assigned.
• Clear debris from curbs, parking lots, walkways, and stairways on scheduled intervals.
• Respond to requests with professionalism and patience.
• Promptly report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to supervisors.
• Promote safety awareness to prevent property loss and protect residents and visitors.
• Comply with all health, safety, property policies, and procedures.
• Utilize proper cleaning tools and equipment effectively.
• Participate in required job-related training sessions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, including adherence to uniform standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, trade school certification, or equivalent education paired with at least one year of full-time experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles.
• Ability to understand written instructions and accurately document labor and materials used.
• Dependable punctuality and capability to perform under pressure with flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergency work.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to stand for 8 hours or more and lift items weighing up to 100 pounds as required.

Operational Details

• Work will be performed at the assigned property location.
• The role includes an on-call component, except during approved paid time off periods.
