Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join their team in Saint Augustine Shores, FL. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within a long-term care facility. Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, and administrative offices.
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain sanitation standards.
• Document cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow infection control measures and universal precautions to support a hygienic environment.
• Engage with residents, staff, and visitors positively and courteously, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate efficiently with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies in place.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling weights up to 50 pounds, and able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and products.
• Follow both oral and written instructions thoroughly.
• Reside within the service area of the facility.
