About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Healthcare Compliance Specialist based in South Africa to support our US home care clients. This position is fully remote and requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. The core responsibility involves reviewing healthcare documents to ensure precision and adherence to compliance standards on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine healthcare documentation thoroughly for mistakes, inconsistencies, and language that does not meet compliance standards.
• Compose clear and structured written feedback for representatives, outlining necessary corrections.
• Conduct follow-up reviews on revised documentation to verify full compliance has been achieved.
• Guarantee all documentation for each month is completed prior to the first day of the subsequent month.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Outstanding attention to detail is crucial for success in this position.
• Proficient written English communication skills to clearly and professionally convey feedback.
• Consistent availability to work during EST hours from Monday through Friday.
• Previous experience in healthcare, compliance, or meticulous document review roles is preferred.
