About the Role
Andaz Maui at Wailea is the debut property for the Andaz brand, set on Maui’s sought-after southwestern shoreline. The 15-acre beachfront resort sits on Mokapu Beach in Wailea, surrounded by a luxury destination known for its oceanfront walking path, five crescent-shaped golden-sand beaches, upscale shopping, and well-regarded dining options.
This position plays a key part in keeping the resort and guest areas clean, organized, and presentation-ready. The role supports the housekeeping team by maintaining guest corridors and stairwells, handling linen movement and replenishment in floor storage areas, and helping room attendants move heavier items inside guest rooms. It also includes day-to-day upkeep across the property, both indoors and outdoors, including pools, meeting spaces, lobbies, lounges, and public restrooms.

Compensation and Bonus
This role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The first $1,000 is paid after 90 days of employment, and the remaining $1,000 is paid after 180 days of employment.
The probationary hourly rate is $20.71, and the regular hourly rate is $24.36.

Qualifications
Candidates should be service-oriented, comfortable working in a busy environment, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. The role also requires the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Scheduling flexibility is essential, including availability for any day of the week and for early mornings, midday shifts, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
