Role Overview

The hotel is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office and Reservations team. This role is focused on delivering excellent guest service, managing arrivals and departures, supporting reservations activity, and handling guest queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Main Duties

  • Work closely with the Front Office and Reservations team to maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
  • Respond to enquiries received by phone and email.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and amendments quickly and accurately.
  • Support upselling activity and wider sales efforts to help maximise revenue.
  • Complete all daily reports within the required timeframe.
  • Review bills carefully and handle invoicing for FIT and tour operators.
  • Coordinate with senior management on any guest concerns or issues.
  • Assist guests with luggage and transport arrangements in a courteous, professional way.
