Role Overview

We seek an experienced Hotel Night Porter to join our night team, working from 23:00 to 07:00, to provide exceptional overnight guest service and support hotel operations during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver overnight guest services ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
  • Adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures and checklists.
  • Identify and report any faulty equipment or materials to relevant departments promptly.
  • Assist with room service operations while complying with all food safety and handling regulations.
  • Perform cleaning duties for public and outdoor areas during night shifts.
  • Maintain hotel security through regular patrols including fire walk rounds.
  • Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and protocols rigorously.
  • Handle front desk tasks including answering guest enquiries and phone calls professionally.
  • Set up meeting and function rooms as required.
  • Provide assistance across various hotel departments wherever needed.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Communicate effectively in conversational English with guests and team members.
