Position Overview

Join the team at the brand-new Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC as a Hotel Receptionist, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time onsite contract position offering a competitive gross hourly wage of £12.10 along with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring all shift checklists are completed accurately.
• Attend to all guest requests, including concierge services, with professionalism and promptness.
• Engage with diverse guests daily, ensuring a welcoming and dynamic service environment.
• Deliver personalized and friendly service focused on enhancing the guest experience.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in hotel reception operations with proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS).
• Strong technology skills and fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, flexible with working night shifts, positive attitude, and a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
