Position Overview

The role of a Guest Environment Expert goes beyond simply providing guests with clean rooms and freshly prepared beds; it focuses on delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience. This position involves diverse housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the entire hotel. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests, managing housekeeping supplies, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, and ensuring the hotel environment contributes positively to the guest's stay.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel premises including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests with professionalism.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently.
• Adhere to safety, company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards rigorously.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and communications.
• Physically engage in tasks involving standing, walking, sitting for long periods, and moving objects up to 50 pounds as needed.

Working Conditions

The job involves being active and on one’s feet for extended periods. Physical tasks include lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials without assistance, ensuring the hotel environment remains welcoming and clean for guests at all times.
