Join Our Hotel & Catering Talent Pool

We are currently growing our fleet and establishing a dynamic Talent Pool for passionate and dedicated professionals eager to work onboard in Hotel and Catering roles. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multicultural crew delivering exceptional service at sea while enjoying remarkable travel experiences. Future positions include roles such as cooks and stewards. Note that all current onboard openings belong to this Talent Pool and do not represent immediate hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profiles

Cleaners

  • Experience in professional cleaning and hygiene maintenance; prior exposure to vessel environments is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a dependable and proactive approach.
  • Readiness to commence employment immediately.

Cooks

  • Formal education in culinary arts or catering fields.
  • Relevant kitchen experience, ideally in passenger vessel settings.
  • Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Possession of STCW certificates is a plus but not mandatory.

Stewards

  • Training in hospitality or catering.
  • Experience in guest service roles, preferably within cruise or ferry industries.
  • STCW certification is preferred but not compulsory.

General Requirements for All Positions

  • A strong sense of responsibility with a guest-first approach.
  • A professional demeanor and an ability to work well within a team.
