Hotel All-Rounder - Mercure Brisbane Garden City

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Hotel All-Rounder to contribute actively across our Front Office and Food & Beverage departments. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every visitor feels valued and comfortable during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional hospitality, managing interactions from guest arrival to departure and all stages in between.
• Act as a primary contact point for guests and visitors, creating positive first impressions.
• Work flexible shifts rotating between Food & Beverage services and the Front Desk.
• Perform diverse daily tasks ranging from promoting hotel amenities, preparing and serving café items, delivering food, to managing guest accounts efficiently.
• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance consistently to both external guests and internal staff members.
• Support guests with the use of newly implemented self check-in kiosks.
• Inform guests who are not members about the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program benefits and facilitate their enrollment.
