The property offers a range of dining experiences across six food and beverage venues. These include lively entertainment and party spaces, tapas and paella offerings with a broad wine selection, and authentic Lebanese alfresco dining with hubbly bubbly, giving guests options for different tastes and occasions.

Role Overview

In this position, you will be the first and often last point of contact for restaurant guests. The role focuses on creating a strong first impression, building guest relationships through warm conversation, and helping ensure each dining experience feels smooth, personal, and memorable.

Key Duties

• Greet guests on arrival and set the tone for a positive dining experience.
• Create memorable first impressions and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle reservation requests by phone and manage guest bookings.
• Arrange table seating and provide suitable table accommodations.
• Offer suggestions and guidance on menu choices when needed.
• Support guest satisfaction throughout the visit, including at departure.
• Use engaging communication to connect with guests during their dining experience.

Candidate Profile

The hotel is seeking someone with strong people skills, a genuine caring attitude, and the ability to connect well with guests from different backgrounds. Prior experience in international luxury hotel environments is preferred, along with the flexibility to adapt to varied cultures and working settings. A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desired. The ideal candidate should be eager to keep learning, motivated to grow, comfortable working under pressure, and fluent in English.
