About the Role
As a Hostess at Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding hospitality by welcoming guests warmly and ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your presence will create positive first impressions that contribute to memorable guest stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and professionally upon arrival, managing the restaurant entrance efficiently.
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and seating logistics with precision to optimize guest flow.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, guest preferences, and special requests to personalize service.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and distribute menus thoughtfully.
- Collaborate with the service staff to coordinate table availability and meet guest needs promptly.
- Monitor seating during high-volume periods to facilitate smooth guest transitions.
- Provide accurate information about menu offerings, ongoing promotions, restaurant features, and hotel services.
- Address guest inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
- Recognize and attend to VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasion parties with extra care.
- Ensure the hostess station stays organized and clean at all times.
- Offer assistance to the service team during peak times to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel and restaurant policies, standards, and hygiene protocols.
