• Monitor seating during high-volume periods to facilitate smooth guest transitions.
• Provide accurate information about menu offerings, ongoing promotions, restaurant features, and hotel services.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
• Recognize and attend to VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasion parties with extra care.
• Ensure the hostess station stays organized and clean at all times.
• Offer assistance to the service team during peak times to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
