Job description

Company Overview

Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea is being developed within Saudi Arabia’s pioneering Red Sea Project as a resort centered on nature and sustainability. The property will feature 361 rooms, eleven separate dining experiences, overwater restaurants overlooking the Red Sea and mangroves, and a spa. It will also sit beside an 18-hole championship golf course, reflecting the brand’s reputation as a leading golf destination. The project is set on 200 km of untouched coastline and includes more than 90 pristine islands, dormant volcanoes, a rich marine ecosystem, and historic archaeological locations.

  • Confirm that guests are satisfied with their assigned table and present the menu professionally.
  • Ensure table settings support the best possible guest experience.
  • Prepare for peak service periods by organizing queue management and waiting-line procedures.
  • Respond quickly to guest needs, maintain positive guest relations, and stay attentive regardless of service pressure or time of day.
  • Stay informed about hotel services and activities so guest questions can be answered accurately.
  • Address guest complaints promptly using service recovery procedures to restore satisfaction.
  • Observe guest feedback and coordinate with management to maintain service quality.
  • Monitor table clearing and resetting to ensure department procedures are followed.
  • Keep assigned equipment and supplies clean and in proper working condition.

  • Complete the training process successfully.
  • Assist the Supervisor with proper cashiering procedures and accurate balancing.
  • Support menu printing activities when required.
  • Remain flexible and ready to rotate across different food and beverage service outlets.
