About the Property
Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea is being developed within Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Red Sea Project as a nature-led resort destination. It will also sit beside an 18-hole championship golf course, reflecting Fairmont’s reputation as a leading golf hospitality brand. The development is designed to raise the bar for sustainable tourism across 200 km of pristine coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 untouched islands, dormant volcanoes, diverse marine life, and historic archaeological sites.

- Apply all department policies and service standards consistently.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, within three rings, while using proper greetings and telephone etiquette.
- Record new reservations and cancellations in line with departmental procedures.
- Pass on reservation updates and cancellation changes to management during the shift as needed.
- Prepare for assigned tasks in a way that meets departmental standards.
- Make sure menus, check folders, and related materials are clean and available in adequate quantity.

- Seat guests according to the floor plan while maintaining fairness among servers.
- Ensure guests are comfortable with the assigned table and present the menu appropriately.
- Confirm that tables are set up properly for the best possible guest experience.
- Manage busy periods by anticipating demand and organizing waiting-line procedures.
- Recognize guest needs early and respond quickly and courteously at any time of day.
- Maintain warm and professional guest relations throughout every service period.
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel services and activities so guest questions can be answered accurately.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly by using immediate recovery procedures and focusing on satisfaction.
- Observe guest feedback and work closely with management to support a positive experience.
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset according to outlet procedures.
- Keep your section’s equipment and supplies clean and in good working condition.
- Support restaurant colleagues whenever needed to help deliver efficient service.
- Encourage a collaborative work environment that supports productivity and service quality.
- Conduct systematic table visits during each meal period to check guest satisfaction.
- Promote food and beverage outlets during slower periods.
- Complete the required training successfully.
- Assist with cashiering controls and help ensure balances are correct.
- Support menu printing activities as required.
- Remain flexible and be willing to rotate across different food and beverage outlets.
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the Outlet Supervisor, Assistant, or Manager.
