About the Role

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support a significant hiring initiative for a leading luxury hospitality brand based in Dubai. This position is a 6-month contract with potential for renewal, offering an exciting prospect for recruiters familiar with dynamic, customer-focused industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle comprehensive recruitment activities spanning multiple departments including food & beverage, room service, concierge, guest relations, retail, and front-of-house operations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to determine staffing requirements and schedule hiring processes.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals to build a strong candidate pool.
  • Perform candidate screenings, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Verify that candidates fulfill role-specific criteria and comply with brand expectations.
  • Keep meticulous records, maintain trackers, and prepare reports on recruitment progress.
  • Present the brand professionally when engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience within UAE or GCC regions.
  • Demonstrated expertise recruiting for hospitality, food & beverage, retail, customer service, or other high-volume sectors.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent candidate sourcing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of thriving under pressure in a rapid work environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale or project-specific hiring drives.
  • Multilingual proficiency such as Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, or French is advantageous.
  • Background in recruitment for pre-opening or swiftly growing operations is preferred.
