Where you'll work

Job description

About the company

Landing has expanded since 2019 into the country’s biggest flexible living network, spanning 35+ markets and thousands of apartments. The model is designed to remove deposits and reduce friction, and the business continues to scale quickly in a fast-changing, real-world environment.

Role overview

This position owns a market segment in the Denver, Colorado market. You will be responsible for the full experience across that segment, including guest/member experience, relationships with property partners, coordination with housekeeping vendors, maintenance follow-up, unit quality, and related operational details. The role covers reservations made through Landing’s platform as well as third-party channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com. You’ll also handle partner relationships, member issues across different communication channels, and market reporting to the Hub Manager.

This opportunity is well suited to someone with experience in hotels, short-term rentals, vacation rental portfolios, or other busy hospitality environments. Unlike a single-property role, this one gives you ownership over an entire market segment, with room to shape the operating approach as the playbook evolves.

What success looks like

The ideal person works well in a fast-moving setting, can make practical decisions even when information is incomplete, and enjoys creating structure while actively using it.

Work schedule and availability

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Because this is a guest-facing role, the schedule also requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business demand. Availability needs may rise during busy periods such as month-end and high check-in volumes.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers a base salary between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus of up to 20% of base pay. There is also a $6,600 annual vehicle and cell stipend. Additional benefits include stock options, medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, mental health, pet, commuter benefits, and FSA or HSA options. Retirement support includes a 401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay. The company also provides paid time off and an annual $750 USD travel benefit for Landing Stays.

Equal opportunity statement

Landing considers all qualified applicants for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or related conditions, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military service or obligation, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage reservations across direct booking channels and partner platforms, including Landing, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
  • Own the guest/member journey from reservation to checkout, including tickets, inquiries, and escalations.
  • Maintain working relationships with property partners and housekeeping vendors.
  • Track market performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth.
  • Coordinate reservation issues and maintenance escalations with property management teams.
  • Support the onboarding, installation, and launch of new properties within the assigned market segment.

Candidate profile

  • Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or another high-volume hospitality setting.
  • Proven ability to run a market, property, or operation independently with meaningful autonomy.
  • Strong organization and follow-through to keep tickets and operational tasks moving to resolution.
  • Good judgment under pressure, with the ability to prioritize several urgent issues at once.
  • Comfort working in an environment where processes and answers may still be evolving.

Who can apply

Applicants with a background in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, or similar guest-facing operational roles who are comfortable owning a market segment in a fast-growing company are the best fit for this position.
