Searcys is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join its team located at One Moorgate Place, a prestigious Grade II listed building featuring original architectural details. This venue offers state-of-the-art conferencing facilities along with modern and spacious meeting rooms, making it ideal for private dining and events.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth operation of Food & Beverage events within the venue.
- Uphold company policies by wearing the correct uniform consistently.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude throughout working hours.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards meet both company and legal requirements.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred, though training will be provided.
- Demonstrate a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Exemplify professionalism by leading through example.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Show initiative and strong time management abilities.
