About the Role
We are looking for a hospitable, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our team at The Willowbury Village in West Malling. This is a bank role intended to provide cover during holidays and sickness absences. Your role will be central in delivering excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring that our residents, visitors, and customers enjoy memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food, drink, and retail services in line with the Retirement Villages Group (RVG) standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
- Offer residents and visitors a warm and professional greeting, anticipating their hospitality needs and meeting them promptly.
- Address enquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating matters as required.
- Collaborate effectively within the village team to provide high-quality service and foster strong relationships with residents.
- Contribute suggestions for menu improvements, service enhancements, and operational process optimizations.
- Support the attainment of food and beverage revenue goals by utilizing established systems and procedures.
- Keep personal skills, certifications, and industry knowledge updated through ongoing learning.

Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant job experience is desirable but not mandatory.
