Role Overview

The Hospital Services Technician position requires visiting multiple healthcare locations to efficiently collect and exchange waste containers as part of programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste handling, Controlled Substances, and Document Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to a fixed collection timetable across various healthcare facilities.
• Engage courteously and professionally with onsite personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Meet or surpass the expected service levels while managing waste and document collection tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license to facilitate travel between sites.
• Capability to lift objects weighing up to 55 pounds safely.
• Experience in customer service or similar fields is preferred.
• Physical stamina for prolonged walking, bending, and working in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
