About the Company and Role
An emerging frozen seafood company based in Chennai is seeking a seasoned sales professional specializing in HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sectors. The company produces frozen, breaded shrimp along with other ready-to-cook seafood items targeted for hospitality consumption.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage in field visits to hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and catering services to promote product offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations alongside chefs to showcase seafood products.
- Identify and establish new client accounts within the hospitality segment.
- Oversee collections from customers and manage relationships with distributors effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 3 to 7 years of experience in food product sales, including at least 2 years targeting hotels, restaurants, or caterers specifically in Chennai.
- Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory for customer interactions.
- Must have personal transportation, specifically ownership of a two-wheeler.
Compensation and Reporting
The remuneration includes a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹42,000 to ₹58,000, supplemented by incentives and a petrol allowance. The sales executive will report directly to the business owner.
